13 and a Father!

As media has reported, the London kid who is 13 years old has become a father as his 15 years old girl friend gives birth to their baby.

May be its about time that irresponsible, careless parents should provide “safe-sex” allowance to their teenage kids over there. At least parents have got two more options to present as a gift to their kids on events for sure!  First being the condoms and second being pills!
